Job responsibilities
• Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives.
• Accountable for decisions that influence teams’ resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures.
• Carries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations.
• Delivers technical solutions that can be leveraged across multiple businesses and domains.
• Influences peer leaders and senior stakeholders across the business, product, and technology teams.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Bachelors OR Master’s Degree, in computer science/engineering, or a related technical field with 15+ years work experience leading large QA teams.
• Proficiency in creating Test strategies, Test Frameworks.
• General understanding or experience in Mobile testing frameworks
• General understanding or experience in Web technologies (Javascript, React), Micro Front Ends.
• Deep understanding of quality assurance practices, Shift-Left strategies, automation and tooling.
• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting
• Expert in Agility practices, SDLC processes, CICD, application resiliency and security
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with prior experience influencing across highly matrixed, complex organizations and delivering value.
• Establish a cross-functional Testing Steering Committee with Development, QA, and Customer Success representatives to prioritize improvement areas. Initiate and oversee a set of continuous improvement initiatives that lead to measurable enhancements in testing processes, efficiency, and software quality over time.
